All questionsWhat happens during a shoot?
I walk through the property, set up lighting, and capture every room at its best. A standard shoot takes 45–90 minutes depending on the size of the home and the services you ordered.
How to get the home photo-ready
- Tidy every room and put away personal clutter
- Turn on all interior lights
- Open blinds and curtains
- Make sure the landscaping looks presentable
- In occupied homes, put away valuables and private items
How fast will I get my photos back?
Photos and floor plans are delivered the next day. Videos, including drone video, take 2–5 days. You'll get an email with a download link as soon as your media is ready.
What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
Rain affects exterior and drone shots, so if it's raining I'll reschedule the exterior photos and drone for a dry day, at no extra cost. Interiors can still be shot as planned. If the weather is severe, I'll reach out to move the whole shoot.
Can you fly the drone anywhere?
Some areas have airspace restrictions, such as near airports and military zones. If drone photos can't be taken safely or legally at a property, I'll let you know ahead of time and we'll work out an alternative.
